She (Alice) is the pharmacist at Triangle True Value Pharmacy and is quite the character. I refer to her as the "Mayor of Durham" since she seems to know everyone in town and always has something funny to say to everyone that walks into the store. You won't find that kind of service or attention from your local Home Depot, that's for sure. Those nutty signs are the product of one of my best friends from college.
